I’m so glad you found me :)

I am an illustrator, designer, mom, day-dreamer, and book lover. Currently, I live in the south of Brazil with my partner, our dog Kira and my son Eduardo, who is my constant source of inspiration.

​

I graduated in Design at the Federal University of Santa Catarina with a year of study abroad at Cardiff Metropolitan University. I worked as a product designer for a few years. However, what I wanted to do was draw pictures all day. In 2018 I decided to give it a go and since 2019 I’m working as a full-time illustrator focusing on children’s book illustrations

​

For as long as I can remember I've been passionate about telling stories and drawing.  One of my best memories is spending all my vacation time at my grandpa’s house crafting picture books with him. In the beginning, he would print the words and I would draw with coloured pencils and paint, and when I was 8 I started doing some of our books in our old friend “Microsoft Paint”. My grandpa was the first person to understand my love for books.

When I’m not creating books, you can normally find me at the beach with my partner and son (currently I am trying to learn how to surf) or trying to find a reason to celebrate (we always have a reason to order some cake!)
